Terms of Service

These are the terms you accept when you sign up for an account, buy a license, or use anything sold on hllvietnamhacks.com. We’ve written them in plain English on purpose — if something isn’t clear, email us before you buy, not after.

1. Who we are & what these terms cover

HLL Vietnam Hacks is an independent software product sold through hllvietnamhacks.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Team17 Digital Ltd. or Expression Games in any way. “Hell Let Loose” and “Hell Let Loose: Vietnam” are trademarks of their respective owners — we reference the game only to describe what our product works with.

These terms cover your account, your license, your use of our website, and the private Discord where support happens. Buying a license or creating an account means you’ve read this page and you agree to it.

2. Intended use

Our tool is intended for use in single-player, private servers, and casual public play where you personally accept the risk. It is not intended for paid tournaments, ranked competitive events, or any context that has its own explicit “no third-party software” ruleset attached to prize money. You are the one making the call about where you use it, and you are the one carrying the account risk that comes with that decision.

3. Your account

You create an account with an email and a password. You verify the email before checkout unlocks. From then on, that account is yours alone — keep the password strong, don’t reuse it from another site, and don’t hand your login to anyone else.

• One person per account. No shared logins between friends.
• No selling, transferring, or renting out your license key to a third party.
• If your credentials get leaked, tell us fast so we can lock the account and re-issue.

We treat sharing and reselling as a hard violation — see section 9.

4. What you’re actually buying

You are buying a limited-duration, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the tier you paid for — 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. You are not buying the software itself, you are not buying source code, and you are not buying anything you’re allowed to redistribute.

The license can be revoked without refund if you break these terms, file a fraudulent chargeback, or abuse the tool or our staff. When your paid duration ends, the key stops working — renew if you want to keep playing.

5. Delivery

Delivery is 100% digital and effectively instant, any hour of the day. As soon as your payment clears, the activation key appears in your account area and gets emailed to the address on file. There is nothing to ship, nothing to schedule, no human in the loop delaying you.

6. Acceptable use

Fair rules, short list:

• Don’t resell, sublicense, or share your key. Ever.
• Don’t use the software to harass, dox, stalk, or threaten another player.
• Don’t reverse-engineer, decompile, repack, crack, or redistribute the loader or any part of it.
• Don’t use our infrastructure — site, Discord, email — to advertise competing products or scam other members.
• Don’t abuse support staff. We’ll help anyone who talks to us like an adult.

7. Risks & bans

Honest answer, same as everywhere else on this site: no third-party game tool is ever completely risk-free, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you fiction. We do everything on our end that a serious provider should — stealth loader, HWID binding, daily anti-cheat monitoring, same-day pulls when a patch drops — and it works well enough that our customers renew. But we do not control your PC, your play style, or the reports other players file against you.

If your game account gets banned, that is between you and the game publisher. We do not compensate for lost game accounts, lost progress, lost cosmetics, or lost time. Read the full breakdown before you buy: Is it safe? — the honest guide.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under a separate short policy so it stays easy to find. Read it here: Refund Policy. The one-line version — we’ll refund a broken product we can’t fix, we won’t refund a game ban or a change of heart after the key was issued.

9. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account and revoke your license, without refund, if you:

• Break any of the acceptable-use rules in section 6.
• Share, resell, or leak your key.
• File a chargeback instead of contacting support first.
• Abuse staff or other members in our Discord.

You can walk away any time by not renewing — the key simply expires. If you want your account data deleted, email us from the address on file and we’ll handle it.

10. Disclaimers & limits of liability

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it undetected and stable, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service, permanent undetection, or compatibility with every future game patch on day one.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to this product is capped at the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. We’re not liable for lost game accounts, lost in-game items, lost cosmetics, lost tournament winnings, lost time, or any indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations — where that’s the case, ours apply to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the product and the legal landscape change. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. If we make a material change — something that actually affects your rights — we’ll flag it on the site or by email. Continuing to use your account after an update means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HLL Vietnam Hacks is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute you can’t resolve with us directly is handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
